Rosi’s first experience with Yoga was over 18 years ago, practicing with a VHS tape in her living room as a 16 year old kid. Her first 10 years of practice were spent in a very similar fashion; she only practiced at home and alone, mainly focusing on the internal benefits. Eventually, curiosity got the best of her and she decided to drop into a public “Community Class,” igniting a fire within her, and transitioning her focus to a more physical practice. From there, her practice eventually developed into her life’s purpose. Rosi earned her RYT-200 in the year 2016 and has been teaching public and private classes ever since.
