Get in Touch:

Rosi’s first experience with Yoga was over 18 years ago, practicing with a VHS tape in her living room as a 16 year old kid. Her first 10 years of practice were spent in a very similar fashion; she only practiced at home and alone, mainly focusing on the internal benefits. Eventually, curiosity got the best of her and she decided to drop into a public “Community Class,” igniting a fire within her, and transitioning her focus to a more physical practice. From there, her practice eventually developed into her life’s purpose. Rosi earned her RYT-200 in the year 2016 and has been teaching public and private classes ever since.

As a teacher, Rosi has made it a goal to show her students exactly the things that made her fall in love with Yoga, so long ago. Rosi uses a combination of asana (poses) and pranayama (breath practice) in every class, while taking a more traditional approach to sequencing and alignment. She challenges your body and your mind After any practice you may feel any combination of tired, energized, happy, relieved, relaxed, glowing and flowing, but always walking away in “Yoga Bliss.
