Meagan has loved yoga since rolling out her mat in her first class many years ago. Yoga helped her face some of life’s challenges and through yoga, Meagan became a witness to her own physical improvement and emotional changes. Now, as a teacher. she finds joy in witnessing the same growth and development in her students. This ability to explore oneself and evolve physically, mentally and spiritually through yoga is what ignites her practice.
Meagan’s classes reflect her energy and passion for yoga. Students can expect to be challenged physically, oh yes, but her underlying message is always “you can do it.” Meagan has found profound happiness in yoga and the yoga community. She invites her students to join her in finding their own inner and outer strength.
