They say yoga finds you when you need it the most. Kaitlin had participated in yoga classes in her training as a competitive swimmer at Franklin College, but it wasn’t until her husband was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma that she understood how her practice supported her beyond the physical benefits. Her mindful yoga practice offered a physical and mental release that she could never achieve through the high energy and constant activity of swimming. In time it was only natural that Kaitlin would want to share the joy she found on the mat. As a graduate of Peace through Yoga’s Real Life Immersion Teacher Training, Kaitlin helps her students dive into yoga to experience the love and peace she has found through her practice.
