Janine began practicing yoga in her 20’s as a hobby, returning to her practice in her 30’s seeking relief from back problems and “new mom” aches and pains. Diving further into her practice, Janine discovered a passion for the meditative and spiritual aspects of yoga, and the overall balance and renewed sense of perspective regular yoga practice brings to daily life.

Drawing from a background in mental health, psychology, and nursing, Janine is passionate about continuing to research and share the positive neurological, physical, and emotional effects yoga has to offer every student. She strives to help beginners find confidence in making their way onto their mat, and to help all students find comfort within their own bodies, balance on and off the mat, and tools to ease the daily stresses of life.
