Brittanny believes that yoga is for everyone at every age, capability and level. She has passion and dedication to helping others reach and exceed their health related goals no matter where they are in their yoga practice or personal journey. As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Brittanny has studied the many layers (physical, metaphysical, social and spiritual) that can contribute to one’s overall well-being.
After her own battle with breast cancer, Brittanny used yoga to stretch and strengthen muscles that were damaged by radiation and surgeries. She also used her yoga practice to nurture and feed her soul while overcoming this medical challenge. Turning to a holistic approach to preserve her own health inspired her to seek ways to help others in the same way. As a yoga instructor, she is committed to bringing her students to a place of fulfillment in their own practice.
