Kids’ Yoga [ages 4-11]

Kids yoga is great fun. Children remain actively engaged in movement through imaginative stories and interactions with one another. Traditional  poses, such as downward facing dog, tree and cat/cow, are taught in creative ways so children gain the benefits of yoga while having fun playing. The benefits are many:

  1. Strengthening
  2. Increased flexibility
  3. Creativity
  4. Body awareness
  5. Imagination
  6. Self-confidence
  7. Socialization

Siblings, caregivers and family members are welcome and encouraged to participate.
