Our dynamic Power Yoga class is all that you love about yoga and more. This flow-based class builds strength and endurance while the focus on breath united with movement helps still the mind chatter. Don’t let the word “power” scare you. This class is for ALL Yogis! All you need to do is show up and practice at your level. Plan to be amazed at your advancement as you return week after week. Towel and bottled water are recommended.
