Paddle Board Yoga

Imagine doing your meditation, breath work and asana practice on a paddle board while floating on the gentle waves of Eagle Creek Reservoir! With the magnificence of Nature as your backdrop, it is possible to find deeper levels of relaxation and connection to our environment while mindfully moving through your practice. Our experienced paddle board instructor will lead you through a thoughtful practice in safe, shallow water.

 Yogis may challenge themselves as much or as little as they’d like as they explore the added component of balance in every pose.
