Modified Ashtanga Primary Series

Come experience the purity of this ancient yoga practice on which all other styles of yoga are based. The Ashtanga primary series consists of a set sequence of poses, each held for 5 breaths, that systematically warm and open the body as each posture prepares for the one to come.

You will be lead through a modified version of the primary series beginning with sun salutations and ending with svasana that will include the breath count, gentle hands-on adjustments, humor and lots of encouragement.

Accessible and appropriate for all levels!
