Peace through Yoga’s Corporate Wellness Program Meets you where you are

The conclusions from nationally and internationally conducted research studies overwhelmingly demonstrate that yoga can reduce health care costs, relieve stress and increase staff performance by reducing absenteeism while improving physical and mental well-being. Peace through Yoga’s robust corporate and residential wellness program is designed for each client’s unique environment. Choose from a pre-determined number of sessions or a schedule of ongoing classes at your location. Or, let us create a program just for you.

Peace through Yoga partners with corporations, churches, schools and residential communities to provide the benefits of yoga onsite. Each program is custom-designed to encourage and maintain class participation for long-term benefit. All classes are taught by our own Yoga Alliance certified instructors who are trained to lead thoughtful classes in a safe and encouraging environment.

Onsite Yoga

  • 45–60 minute yoga classes.
  • Choice of Beginner Level, Flow Yoga (Vinyasa), Stress Relief, Deep Stretch and Chair Yoga.
  • Classes include mindfulness training, stretching, strength-building and breathing techniques.
  • All Peace through Yoga instructors are certified by Yoga Alliance. Substitute teachers with equal or greater certifications will be provided as needed.

Students are encouraged to use their own mats, however Peace through Yoga can supply up to 20 mats.
