Karla Becker (Sat Bachan Kaur) has

been a certified fitness instructor since

1992, incorporating yoga postures as

part of her stretching sequences in her

fitness classes. Karla is a Registered

Yoga Teacher (RYT) with

certifications in both Hatha Yoga and

Kundalini Yoga. She has taught Hatha

 and Power Yoga around Indianapolis

and has been teaching Kundalini Yoga

 since January 2003.  She has studied

Kundalini Yoga with Gurmukh at

Golden Bridge in LA and experienced

 its life changing effects, which she

would like to share with others.

 

Karla is Vice President of Yogis for

India and a member of the

International Kundalini Yoga

Teachers Association. Karla has a

love of teaching and has a Master of

Science degree in Education from

Indiana University. She is the

published co-author of the textbook,

Composing Technical Documents.

She has also written articles on yoga

for various Indiana-based publications.
